MyCommunity Mortgages: Our Fannie Mae Product that serves low to moderate income borrowers. Downpayment can be as low as 3.5% and can also be borrowed fund from family members.

Real Estate Services Program: We also refer our First Time Homebuyers to partake in our Real Estate Services Program where you are assigned a Member Advocate, a reputable realtor and you will receive a rebate after closing.
