There are no closing costs for HELOC’s and Fixed Home Equity Loans. Contact the credit union for rates that may be available to you. Posted Fixed Home Equity Rates are based on 5-Year terms and 80% LTV. LTV’s up to 100% are also available on Home Equity Loans and Lines of Credit.

Coupon books are not available on Home Equity Line of Credit and Line of Credit products.

All approved home equity loans and lines of credit will have a $250 Administrative fee reimbursement due if loan/line is paid off and closed within 24 months after first payment date.
